1. General Terms And Conditions

1.1 - By joining SorpiLand, you are signing a virtual contract that agrees that you shall not use any material (images, text etc) from this website, without Sorpiland permission. You cannot download content from this website, and pass it on as your own work.

1.2 - Creating multiple accounts for any reason but not limited to earn extra SorpiCash, or to play 'once-a-day' games multiple times is forbidden. Anyone caught using multiple accounts, conspiring with those who do, or signing up under new accounts after being banned will have their account frozen without any warning.

1.3 - Advertising of other 'Pet Sites' is strictly forbidden. This is because SorpiLand is in competition with other pet site, therefore dont want to lose visitors. Anyone breaking this rule will recieve a warning and an email containing these terms and conditions. Re-offenders will have their accounts permanently frozen.

1.4 - Discussing 'Cheats', 'Secret places' and ways to exploit the system is forbidden. We want averyone to experience the same game experience and dont want anyone spoiling it for anyone else. If you do find a way to exploit a game or a certain part of the site to earn extra SorpiCash, or 'cheat'. Please send a PM to 'DaveForster', explaining exactly what it is, and you could receive a reward for reporting the glitch. Anyone cheating in anyway can be terminated without notice.

1.5 - Discrimination is not allowed on SorpiLand. This website is viewed by people of all ages, all colours and all backgrounds/cultures/religions. Please respect other peoples views and what they beleive. You may not necessarily agree with them, that doesn't mean you have to abuse them. Racism, Ageism and Sexism are not tollerated on SorpiLand. Anyone found doing anything in the likeness of this, will have their account frozen.


1.6 - No Swearing or explicit content can be sent or seen anywhere on the site. Minors view this website as well, therefore please respect them as well as other people


2. Your Information

2.1 - We collect the minimum information required to let you have a fun, but safe experience on SorpiLand. We dont collect any personally identifying information about you, apart from your email address, which we will only use to contact you if you subsribe to any information resources on SorpiLand, and also to restore your password if you forget it. You CANNOT change the email address that you register with.

2.2 - Your email address is not distributed to anyone else on SorpiLand and not to any third party website. We may use it to occasionally inform you of site updates.

2.3 - If you are not active on SorpiLand for 4 months, you will receive 1 email reminding you to come and visit the site. If you are not active for over 5 months, then your account, and ALL information that you provided is completely wiped from our system.

2.4 - On registration, you are asked to provide your name. We suggest that you only provide your first name, OR type your username. This field is optional.

2.5 - IMPORTANT - SorpiLand STAFF WILL NEVER ASK YOU FOR YOUR PASSWORD. IF ANYONE ASKS YOU FOR YOUR PASSWORD, DO NOT PROVIDE IT EVER. PLEASE CONTACT US WITH ALL DETAILS OF THE INCIDENT!


3. Security

3.1 - We have special procedures in place, electronic and manual, which protects your information and stops unauthorized access to your account information and online collected data.

4.1 - All images, text and information is copyright Sorpiland (c) 2005-2009.
If you wish to use any material from thie website, permission must be requested by Dave Forster (admin) by emailing: dave@sorpiland.com .

NO OTHER person/people on this website can grant permission to do so.

4.2 - By submitting material such as but not limited to Images, text, and code, you agree that you are the legal owner of any intellectual property rights pertaining to said material, and hereby grant sorpiland an exclusive royalty free right to upload, edit, market, or otherwise use said material, including to create derivative works

4.3 - By use of this site you agree to Indemnify, and hold blameless, Sorpiland, its staff, affiliates, and third party providers, as well as their staff, against any form of loss, expense, damage or cost including legal fees, arising from a violation of our terms and conditions. You agree to assist and fully cooperate in the event that Sorpiland, as by right, assumes sole defence against and control of indemnification proceeding pertaining to any subject relevant to you.
