Rules |
1. Respect
a. Offending anyone because of racial comments is ABSOLUTELY not allowed.
b. Harassment of any sort is not allowed.
c. Please refrain from using foul language, in consideration of our younger members.
d. Disrespecting a staff member or any other member is not allowed.
2. Flaming
a. Flaming of any sort will result in a warning or ban, depending on the severity.
- Answer any question no matter how simple it is or leave it for a staff member.
3. Multiple Accounts
a. Having multiple accounts at one time is not allowed
b. If you share the same computer with other users please state this on the user profiles. You are not allowed to buy or give any items to or from this account.
c. If you are caught with multiple accounts they will be banned or deleted.
- To make a new account delete your current account first
4. Inappropriate Content
a. Remember that kids will be roaming this site, so keep content PG-13, anyone found ignoring this rule will be warned or banned depending on the content.
- Note: This rule also includes your signatures, please make sure they are appropriate for all ages.
5. Bribing
a. Bribing any staff member to use their privileges to help you cheat is absolutely not allowed. Users caught doing this will be permanently banned.
6. Spamming
a. A useless post which is under three words in length is considered Spam, and is not allowed. Its considered useless when the post doesnt add anything to the discussion.
b. Double posting in the same topic is also considered Spam. Use the edit button.
c. Posting something that is completely off-topic is Spam, and can be deleted by a staff member.
d. Advertising anything that is not Sorpiland related is not allowed.
- NOTE: advertising a fansite is allowed.
e. Advertising other petsites is NOT ALLOWED, and will lead to serious consequences.
f. Chain messages are spam if you post them you will be fined 50,000 SC.
g. Anything else deemed by a staff member to be Spam is also Spam
7. Cheating
a. Cheating of any kind is not allowed. Failure to do so will result in a ban.
8. Revealing Information
a. Revealing secrets on the forum is not allowed.
9. Hacking
a. Hacking is ABSOLUTELY not allowed, doing so may result to legal actions.
10. Scamming
a. Scamming other users for items or SorpiCash, is not allowed, and can result in the loss of your account. Also tricking other users into trading and then not send the promised item is considered scamming.
11. Chain Letters
a. Chain Letters are not allowed here on Sorpiland.
b. If you are found sending Chain Letters you will be fined 50,000 SC.
c. Chain Letters are messages you get from other users telling you to send them to a certain amount of other users or something (that wont actually happen) will happen.
